Most recently fulfilling various Regional CEO and Managing Director roles with the McArthurGlen Group, across Europe, playing an integral role in transforming the groups asset value from £1.5 billion to, at its peak, over £6.5 billion.
Skilled in managing the ambitions of investors alongside Brand partners, Henrik understands the tensions between strategic investment and value extraction.
Henrik currently holds a number of executive board positions within international retail businesses in addition to being a Patron at the British Fashion Council

As an international communications agency CEO and strategy director Marcus has led the distillation, articulation and transforming O2O execution of retail Brand propositions within sector leading businesses such as Tesco, McArthuGlen, Diageo alongside sector disrupters and challengers such as O2, Hotter, Grandi Stazione.
Marcus believes in sharp, distinctive retail propositions driven by compelling behavioral insights resulting in powerful commercial creativity.
After selling the integrated retail agency he founded, WARL, to international agency group VCCP, Marcus now holds a number of executive positions in communication agencies based in Milan, Barcelona and London
25 years as an international IT entrepreneur specialising in management information, business systems and operations
After starting his career at Arthur Anderson Scott served as Head of Global Operations, Business Systems and IT at U-POL after a successful MBO where he established subsidiary operations in US, Russia and South Africa.
Amongst many other senior roles that followed, Scott partnered with Henrik at Anne Klein to build, from scratch, and implement a fully integrated front and back end business system for the European operation.
Most recently Scott has fulfilled the role of Managing Director of Transition at Valspar’s (now Sherman Williams) acquisition of Quest Automotive; where he transformed the UK operation, transferring manufacturing to the Netherlands, consolidating 3 sites into a single business unit and contributing to doubling the Company’s EBITDA percentage in less than 1 year.

After starting her career with Deloitte & Touché, Deborah has held senior financial positions across the full spectrum of retail including; JNY, Anne Klein (VP Finance), Club Monaco (CFO), Guess?. Inc (VP Finance Worldwide), Worth New York (CAO), Trish McEvoy (CFO)
Deborah believes in setting commercial ambitions high. Ambitions that demand ‘best in Class’ operational improvements alongside realistic funding requirements.
30 years in Luxury Brand, Product, Retail and Real Estate.
Patrizia, who has a Master’s in Fashion SDA, from Bocconi, began her career in luxury fashion as Head of Product, with the largest Italian licensing and distribution company with brands including Gianni Versace, Romeo Gigli, Helmut Lang and Dolce & Gabbana.
Patrizia then joined Giorgio Armani as Licensing and Style Office Co-ordinator, where she spent 8 years, before joining Valentino Garavani as Head of Menswear.
In 1997 Patrizia became Buying Director for La Rinascente, and in 2004 became Project Director for Gruppo Coin leading the complex rebuild and successful relaunch in 2011 of the (Jean Nouvel) luxury concept, Excelsior Milano.
Patrizia then took on the role of Chief Leasing Director, Southern Europe, for McArthurGlen. A position from which she retired in 2022.
